This single story villa, has a fully equipped kitchen, with a dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer, washing machine, coffee machine and electric kettle. The bathroom has a bath/shower. During hot summers the house is remarkable cool inside. Airconditioning is available.
The plot of 2200 m2 offers a lot of privacy, free view and has direct acces to the Argens river. There is parking space for more then 2 cars on the drive way.
The swimming pool has built-in stairs. Deckchairs are at your disposal as well as the outside shower. The pathways in the garden to and from the terraces are well lit by night.
